It is currently not possible to pay with a card. Our preference is that you pay in cash in Czech Koruna. You can pay with Euros, but then we use a rate that is 1 Krone lower than the applicable rate to cover costs.
Of course we hope that you will have a great holiday at Camp Vidlák.
However, circumstances may occur that were not foreseen.
It is therefore recommended you consider participating in our cancellation insurance when making your reservation.
Camping Key Europe (CKE) members receive a discount on presentation of valid Camping Key Europe card.
In the period 15/04 - 31/05 and 01/09 - 30/09 you will pay with valid CKE-card €23.- for 2 adults, caravan (or tent), car, pet, electricity (6 kWh) per night.(excluding lokal taxes and not in combination with other discounts).
In the period 01/06 - 31/08 you get 10% discount on the normal rates above, excluding lokal taxes and not in combination with other discounts.
Special offer CKE-card: stay 14 nights, pay 12 nights!!!
In 2026, the ACSI Camping Card is valid from April 15th to July 8th and from August 25th to September 30th.
You will then pay (the equivalent of €23) (excluding local taxes) for:
2 people, camping equipment, electricity (incl. 4 kWh per day, 33 Kč per kWh for additional consumption), car, and pet.
For a longer stay with the ACSI Camping Card: stay 14 nights, pay 11 nights!!!
Booking conditions Camping
In addition to returning your signed confirmation, we ask you to pay a deposit, which depends on your total reservation costs, at least €100.00
The remaining amount can be paid in Czech koruna upon arrival.
Your deposit will be settled with the invoice at the current rate of the Czech koruna compared to the Euro.
Changes can be made free of charge up to 1 month before the arrival date.
Booking conditions Apartments
In addition to returning your signed confirmation, a €200.00 deposit is required.
2/3rd part must be paid 1 month before arrival.
1/3rd part can be paid on arrival in Czech koruna.
Cancellation Insurance
Cancellation insurance conditions:
We offer our guests the opportunity to participate in a cancellation insurance policy.
The cost is 5% of the total booking or invoice amount excluding tourist tax. There are no further costs.
Should the holiday be canceled due to one of the following conditions and/or causes, the lost days will be fully refunded less the 5% of participation costs in the policy.
Circumstances:
- Serious illness or death of yourself.
- Serious illness or death of your partner or child.
- Serious illness or death of persons who are or would go on holiday together with you.
- Serious illness or death of parents / in-laws.
- Serious illness or death of brother, sister, brother-in-law, sister-in-law or grandchildren.
In order to claim compensation from the cancellation insurance, a medical certificate must be provided in all cases concerning the illness or death.
Participation in the cancellation insurance can only be accepted if the participation was entered immediately upon reservation or within 10 days after the reservation date.
Without participation in the cancellation insurance, no refund will be paid for paid accommodation costs.
If you indicate, when booking, you want to participate in the cancellation insurance, you agree to the above rules.
General:
Your reservation is only valid after receipt of the confirmation signed by you and after receipt of the deposit.
In case of delayed arrival without notice, after 24 hours we reserve the right to rent out the pitch or apartment to other guests. In these circumstances no refund is payable.
No refunds are payable when arrivals or departures are changed within two weeks of confirmed arrival date.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation must be made in writing and by registered mail. Without participation in the cancellation insurance (see defining circumstances) there is no right to a refund.
